I don't think you need a review to say that the quality is very good when there is no other point of comparison or another service company so this one is good and serves me for my goals.

Poor communication between customer service and consumers. It takes too long for a care package to reach family members in Cuba.

Hi everybody I have been using Cuballama for a long time because of his fast services and the good quality of their product. If you have family in Cuba I truly recommend you to use it and you wouldn’t be disappointed.

I’ve had consistently great experiences using this company. Whether I’m sending packages, transferring money, or using their other services, everything has always been smooth and reliable. Their customer service is excellent, both over the phone and in person. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Most of the deliveries also arrive within the expected timeframe, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend their services and will continue using them.

I had a very frustrating experience with Cuballama. I requested to cancel my order well before it was delivered, but they took far too long to process my cancellation request. By the time they finally responded, they told me it was too late because the merchandise had already reached customs at the port. If they had acted promptly when I first requested the cancellation, this situation could have been avoided. The lack of timely communication and slow customer service was very disappointing. I expected a much faster response, especially for something as time-sensitive as canceling an international shipment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. Also I had a bad experience with Cuballama with a rechargeable light bulbs combo. Three of the four light bulbs arrived defective, and I had to return them three different times before they addressed it. At the end I had to cancel the order. It wasted my time and patience. I don’t recommend them either.
