So grateful to have found CTS Point!
First of all, we were so glad to locate a hard-to-find printer (and not have to replace a reliable old computer)! Did have a couple of questions to ask, and customer service was always helpful and patient. Highly recommend!

I recently worked with CTS Point to source refurbished IT hardware for our business. While we experienced a couple of technical hiccups with our initial printer order, their customer service team stepped up immediately to resolve the situation. I specifically want to commend Emma Bush for her outstanding support. Emma was incredibly responsive, processed our returns and RMAs without any hassle, and worked closely with us on pricing to ensure we got the exact replacement models we needed for our network. It is rare to find a vendor so dedicated to making things right. Highly recommend Emma and the CTS Point team!

This place is a TOTAL scam
This place is a TOTAL scam. Wouldn't honor the price on the website for a product. Changed the price of the product while I was on chat with them. They told me the price I saw was for a refurb, even though it matched the MSRP. The new price he gave me was 2X the MSRP of the unit. Update based on their reply: I wasn't confused at all. This was a bait-and-switch tactic by a shady company. Their website claimed they had the item in stock, and when I asked to confirm stock, they 2X'd the price. Then they claimed the cheaper price I was looking at was for a refurbished unit, when the product page didn't say anything about being refurbished. Then they increased the price while I was chatting with them, and pulled the same thing they are saying in their response that market prices go up. First it was a refurb item, then it was market prices drove up the price. If they are an approved HPE partner, they can't arbitrarily increase the price as they suggest. Every other online retailer has an MSRP price or below MSRP price, just as they had when I added the product to my cart. If they aren't an HPE Partner, then they shouldn't be selling these items online at all. Buyer beware.

Customer Service Top Notch
The order process was simple and the order status emails were very helpful in tracking arrival of the order. Most appreciated is the follow-up by Alan Cole to ensure we received the order and everything worked properly. Customer Service is a lost skill and Mr. Cole's efforts to ensure our experience is favorable is a positive attribute that cannot be replaced by anything but personal contact. Thank you, Mr. Cole, for reminding me that personal customer service is not a lost art on all people.

Frank Hill was my sales person
Frank Hill was my sales person. He communicated with me about cable issues I had with my purchase. He offered his services through out the purchase. I was able to find a cable the fit my back up drive at a local company. I will get back with Frank Hill when I am in need of other electronic devices.
