No complaints. The items got to my house much faster than I expected. They were packaged well, and they sent me an email with everything I would need to install them. I couldn’t be happier.

Crutchfield is always fairly priced, offers comprehensive installation packages, and is the only source for my car audio overhauls. Plus, their pre-wired harness setups always keep me sane.

Number 1, The Sub arrived on time, 2 business days, Number 2, The packaging... The Sub was in 3 boxes, so there were no worries with it being damaged. Number 3, Easy set up! If your using this Sub with a AV in a medium to large room, you probably picked the right one!

I was unfamiliar with the product and the reason I was looking at it was that it was an open box and the price was significantly reduced from the new price. I chatted with an agent and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction and I was able to effortlessly complete the purchase with the agent on chat.

First, I was pleasantly surprised to get someone live at an off hour on a weekend. Then, the tech understood what I was looking for and efficiently found solutions. I've installed lots of car radios in my time, but it's been 20 years since my last one. Now I'm installing a head unit, new speakers and wiring for GPS, a backup camera, a mounted USB connection and Bluetooth phone access. It's a bit more complicated than I'm used to. Crutchfield has a great web site that helps pick the right components, adds the needed adapters to make it all fit right, wiring harnesses to make sure everything works once it's hooked up and super helpful staff to manage any problems that might turn up. I'm really glad I chose Crutchfield and would recommend them to anyone.

I’m a repeat Customer and as always Crutchfield offers great customer service!. I recently purchased a new wireless CarPlay radio for my Jeep Wrangler unlimited. Great customer service started at the order where the individual helped to identify all of the necessary additional components I needed to properly install the radio. I called Crutchfield during my installation and they offered fantastic support and helping me quickly get the new radio installed. I really appreciate your great service folks!

Crutchfield with its long standing quality and customer service has done it again, we received the last Kenwood DNX775rvs they had in stock, unfortunately the Maps did not work, after trying to work with Garmin to no avail, I reached out to Crutchfield Technical support, and Got Eli, what a light at the end of the tunnel, he knew exactly what to do, he reached out to Garmin to get some information then came back to let me know Kenwood was going to send a shipping label for the needed repair, sadly after a coupe weeks Kenwood informed me the unit was not repairable in time for our trip, they offered a refund, which we accepted, Eli in hearing this stayed in contact to ensure everything was handled, he even reached our to Kenwood to see if they had a new or refurbished unit they could replace with. Thankfully we sourced another unit and installed it. Super thanks to Crutchfield and especially Eli and Kenwood for the superior customer service

Bought a Bose radio and installation kit for a 2012 Dodge ram 1500 . Front camera doesn’t work error message is no signal check connection. No power output to front camera power wire . Camera is turned on in settings camera works when connected to rear output. Biggest issue is stereo won’t turn off unless you remove key from ignition. No where in documentation does it say this is an issue. You now want me to purchase another interface module at 159.00 to supposedly cure this problem after spending 120.00 for original installation kit. The previous Jenson radio and steering wheel interface didn’t have this problem. Only replaced the radio and interface because interface shorted itself out internally and fried the Jenson radio which was also purchased from Crutchfield. I give the tech an A+ for effort but he could not fix the issue of the radio turning off unless you remove the key from the ignition. I’ve owned this truck since new and never had to remove the keys to turn off radio not the stock radio not the Jensen radio . Yet the tech insists that’s how they are supposed to operate. Dodge says turn off key open door radio turns off. The Snap-On scanner shows no faults it shows the door pin switch is working. I’m going to try and power the radio from the fuse panel instead of the Crux interface module only using the interface module to run the steering wheel controls.

On July 30th 2026,I ordered the Klipsch RP 600M II and received them on August 4th. The transaction was smooth without any issues and I received the speakers in excellent condition. I am just waiting for the Klipsch RP 6000F II to go on sale so I can order again from Crutchfield. Crutchfield associates were very knowledgeable and professional.
