In these days of AI, it is becoming more and more difficult to talk to a live person. However, I found an exception with Covered Insurance. Gianni DeCarlo personally handled all of my insurance needs with calm and courteous professionalism. Gianni spent several hours and days working out solutions for me and explaining each step of the process in a way I could understand. Gianni met me where I am and turned what I expected to be a grueling experience into a smooth operation with a refreshingly personal approach. Diamond needs a raise yesterday! Don't lose a quality employee!
Thank you Diamond for helping me and my family save over $1000+ on our home insurance! Great customer service, worked and communicated with me phenomenally through calls and texts making sure I got the best savings available. Gave me different quotes with and without bundling auto insurance. Cant say enough about Diamond, give that girl a raise!

Ashley helped me save $1400 a year on…
Ashley helped me save $1400 a year on my house insurance and $250 a month on auto. She was very knowledgeable at her job and I already sent my family to her. She even found things on my driving report that wasn’t supposed to be there and helped me get them removed. Absolutely amazing job Ashley!!!!!
