I was in need of knowing how to set the alarm without a delay after armed and found out the sensors weren’t working - Adrian was awesome making sure the sensors were reset and tested the system without an entry delay. He was so patient and answered all my questions.

Great help and great service
Well I was so excited to get my Cove upgrade set up and the windows and doors connected that I forgot to add the smoke/carbon dioxide detectors and key fabs to the system so I had to call back and Mark help me out quickly and double check my system and sent me a how to guide just in case. I have been with Cove for a long time and I enjoy the security service and the customer service , top notch , very helpful and quick to solve the problem.

Doesn’t have to select too many options…
Doesn’t have to select too many options and didn’t have to wait long to get to speak to a live person, not a machine. Issue was solved easily. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable.

Adrian was great to deal with and very…
Adrian was great to deal with and very knowledgeable. Took the time and went through each sensor to make sure that each one was functioning properly and that each one was sending a strong signal back since swapping over to connect. Have not had anybody take the time and complete that with us. He also took the time and walked us through the app on how to add and remove sensors. Hope if I ever have to call back in and get support that I am lucky enough to get Adrian again.

That the representative will take their time with you and explain things carefully so you can understand them
I needed to disconnect two cameras, cause they were not working. They were the solar powered cameras and a gentleman that helped me took his time and was very patient and I think Mark for that.

Mark S provided exceptional, professional help
