What a fantastic company! The shoes are beautiful and well-made! But the best part is that they are so comfortable! I ordered two pairs, and sadly one fit a little too small. I emailed and heard back from Yuna right away. Her response was so friendly and helpful! She solved my problem quickly by shipping out a new pair and had superb customer service! I'm eager to order my next pair of beautiful shoes!

Yuna was exceptional handling my return. She responded in a timely manner. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and she sent me the right size. Then she told me to donate the sandals that were the wrong size. What a company!!!!

The shoes didn’t end up quite working out due to size but they were very pretty and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. On top of it, the customer service rep, Fisher, made the return process quite pleasant and simple.

I ordered a pair of shoes which ended up being too small for me. When I reached out to the company to see about returning them I was given three options (exchange for a different pair, 50% refund and keep the shoes, or return for a full refund). In the end, they told me they would send me a full refund and that I could keep the shoes. The customer service is fantastic. Veda and Tina were the reps I dealt with and both were 5 stars!⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have reached out as one of my shoes were too small and they have immediately replied offering me options. I chose to exchange for a bigger size because I love the brand and they have sent me a new pair and told me to keep the smaller ones. I have 5 pairs of their shoes and I absolutely love them. Totally recommend them.

This is the company you want to buy from. Not only are their shoes comfortable and beautiful BUT their customer service is incredible. I recently had a problem with my order going to an old address and Yuna and the CI team made it right immediately!! The shoes were for my upcoming wedding and Yuna was very responsive and on top of my situation. Only good things to say about this brand !!

I had a wonderful experience with Cosy Island’s customer service. Lola was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire process. The sizing of my original shoes did not work for me, and the company generously allowed me to keep them while sending a replacement pair. Their service exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciate how smoothly everything was handled. Thank you, Lola, for your excellent support!
