Jordan was amazing to work in the Redding California office I will be recommending all my friends and family to get a insurance quote from them it was the easiest and fastest I've ever had an insurance policy done Jordan was amazing and went over everything with so I could understand what coverage I was getting

I just wanna say what an amazing experience I had this morning. Justin was my agent, and he absolutely went above and beyond. He made everything so simple and easy. I would highly recommend him to anybody in the future. His customer service just went above and beyond.

The representative Vanessa was one of the most friendly, knowledgeable, solution, focused, kindness, suggestive, timely, she returned my call at the exactly the time she said she would, she explored multiple options, she provided a very user-friendly series of solutions. I hope that she gets promoted within your company cause she’s definitely a standard that’s higher than most. The world would be a better place and more efficient and profitable if you had more Vanessa’s in the world. If you guys don’t make her part of your leadership team, I will definitely hire her as an executive in the sports and entertainment business. Ha ha. She was outstanding.

Morgen was my insurance agent this morning and she was amazing! She searched for the best rate possible and she made the entire experience as pain less as possible! ❤️ I would definitely refer my friends and family to her! I talked to two people this morning to get insured, people instead of faulty chatbots was already a relief. I believe a young man named Leo took my info and a lady named Wendy helped me with the signing process. I can't believe how easy these 2 made the whole process. And the topper is the forms were smart, easy to sign. Thank you, guys.

I can’t believe how totally rude. The customer service helpers are and they’re all guys unbelievably rude. Why would anybody want any of this insurance any of it? It’s unbelievable. They hang up on you. They talk back at you. Who are these people? Think they are especially the one in California unbelievably rude. I’m not going through this company anymore. They suck.

I was fed up with the Customer Service. I was receiving not the other insurance I had so I look for something that was closer to me and I saw the cost you last insurance so I called and it was excellent customer service the whole time and it took a long process to get signed up, but the customer service was great and on top of that I got a much lower appraisal, so I love that and I changed Insurance and went with you guys and you found the right price for me a portable for me so thank you

Hi, We paid $438 for 6 months, but we cancelled it in 33 days. Why did we only get $255 refund? Why did the insurance take a lot of money from us? It's like stealing money. 😭 Thanks Mei

I am so grateful for Cost u less insurance for granting me a second chance at full coverage after gaining points on my liscense. The price is very reasonable and my first impression has been a very positive experience.
