Terrible customer service and poor handling of cancellations.
Placed an order and the money was immediately deducted from my credit card. By the end of the day, I received an email stating that my spectacle prescription was not valid for contact lenses. I submitted a new contact lens prescription right away. The next day in the afternoon, I contacted customer support. They informed me it would take another 24 hours just to review the new prescription. I stated that this timeframe was too long and explicitly requested a cancellation. The support agent literally hung up on me mid-call. Despite cancelling, the shipment was dispatched 5 hours later anyway. Complete waste of time and terrible experience — definitely won't be buying from them again.
