Narrated videos gone.
I originally used this company to get my license and this is the 5th time I've used it to renew. Unfortunately the narrated videos are gone. I definitely missed them.

CEI has been my “go-to” for many years
CEI has been my “go-to” for many years. Their program is easy to access and even easier to dive in to to get recertification for your license. I’ve gotta say their support group is amazing too. Great experience ! Thank you !

The course was fine but follow through is horrible
The course was fine. Your follow up has been horrible. You have not submitted the records to the state and you do not answer the telephone and you do not respond to emails. We have been trying now for over a week.
