Good for what you pay
Good for what you pay, lags some when lots of connections are on and even more if multiple downloads are happening but besides that it's been great having connection.

Always excellent service
I’ve been with Connecten going on a year now and I’ve always had great service with them and if I do run into any problems, I usually get help from Jasper or Angel. They’re both great great people to work with and they and they’ve never let me down.

Wow! I’ve been so impressed with our Connection 10. There company support is the BEST! When the satellite products not working due to trees, weather etc. the neighbors ask to use our login. Funny! Currently we use the system for our Motor Coach! Pass along to your friends. I’m rating it a 10 out of 10

We’re in the middle of the Smokey…
We’re in the middle of the Smokey Mountains with very little cell service. Called support to see if we could do a little better on the mbps and Angel got us dialed in quickly. Then she spent more time optimizing our connection. We’re streaming with no buffering tonight.

Connecten Rocks!
Connecten is the easiest WiFi companies to deal with. Angel was very helpful and got us connected for our upcoming RV trip. Can’t go wrong with the WiFi service, price and as well as the top-notch customer service!

I love ConnecTen Internet
I love ConnecTen Internet. Its mobile, service is reliable. I am able to heavy game play and photo/video editing with ease. Even through monsoon season it has been very reliable. Jasper was of great help today as well with getting my payment processed. I've enjoyed being a customer for the past few years.

Jessy at Connecten has been fantastic to work with. Because we travel full-time and move frequently, our service provider needs are constantly changing. Jessy has always been patient, responsive, and helpful in making sure we have the best option for wherever the road takes us next. It is rare to find someone who understands the challenges of staying connected while traveling, but ConnecTen makes the process easy and stress-free. I had to leave a review and shout out this team because once I received the router, it really wasn't working for me and I got in touch with Tyler and he got me on the phone with this lady named Lauren and really worked diligently and around-the-clock to make sure that I was always. Connected with the right type of speed to get my work done from home, which is very important. So if they did it for me, they'll do it for you!

I really love the fact that ConnecTen…
I really love the fact that ConnecTen has daily plans now because it seems like I don't really need the unlimited plan ,So being able to just choose any day I want the service really works for me…

ConnecTen…the best money can buy!
The main reason I went with ConnecTen Internet over a few other options in the first place, is because I saw lots of YouTube videos raving about the great customer service! Well, Angel proved to me that they weren't lying! After getting her on the phone, explaining to her that I was camping in an area that had very little cellular service, she said she would do what she could to improve the quality of my signal, and within a few minutes everything was working 100% better than the day before! I then received a text message from her (including a pic of a speed test of my device), checking to see if my internet connection had improved, and I let her know that it was now working great! She then notified me that the area I was in had extremely weak signal strength, which would mean little to no coverage. She then asked if I wanted her to escalate my situation to management to explore additional signal boosting options. I let her know that everything was working fine and I didn't think that would be necessary. I don't know what Angel did, but if you want reliable internet service (even in places that your normal cellular service sucks), along with great customer service, ConnecTen is your best bet!

Not a big fan every weekend I have to…
Not a big fan every weekend I have to call customer service and they switch servers just to connect to the WiFi,I cannot stream because my tv will not connect to the server to me it’s a waste of time very disappointed with service
