Fast checkout
Fast checkout. Would rate higher if price were lowered to match same as other online sellers offer same CMMG product for.

Compatibility questions
I own many firearms from many manufacturers. This is the first time interacting will CMMG. Just had a simple suppressor/firearm compatibility question. They answered fairly quickly and guided me to the right Action Tuning Kit for blow back BCG’s and I immediately ordered it from their company site. Might have to order more cool stuff from these folks.

Simple process
Simple process. Easy to search for what I wanted. That being said, I'm a stickers dork and would love to see stickers in the merch.

CMMG’s products are outstanding
CMMG’s products are outstanding. Very much pleased with what I’ve purchased. The website needs a bit of an overhaul. As products lack the proper estimated lead times, especially due to new tax and regulations processing. Communication goes a long way, so updating your customers instead of them having to reach out to you after basic lead times have been surpassed would be a great improvement.

In stock quality products
In stock quality products. Cmmg magazines for 350 legend are better than anything I’ve found. I thought the Wilson Combat Lancer mags would be better but they are not even close. No malfunctions or failure to feed with CMMG, superior magazine. Thanks for a great product.

Great company
Great company, great guns. Was on an extreme time crunch to get my gun delivered in time while on my off days for the oil field due to Colorados new August laws going into effect, and would not be able to pick the gun up after my next hitch if it hadn’t came on an extremely short delivery for most gun orders. Got my gun made and shipped within a week. Definitely will continue to be a returning customer.

Excellent response time and very understanding.
I accidentally ordered the wrong model late on a Saturday night. Instantly emailed cmmg explaining what I did and asked what i needed to do if anything could be done. They emailed me right back Monday morning explaining what I needed to do about the situation an where extremely understanding. First time dealing with cmmg and will definitely be supporting them in the future as well as telling anyone who interested in something new to check them out.
