I am halfway through my program and love it!! If I have any questions, I email them and they respond very quickly. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a great CMA program!

I had an excellent experience. The course was affordable, flexible, and completely self-paced. After completing the program, I passed my NHA CCMA certification exam. Clinical Skills Institute also supported me with the next step by coordinating the externship placement and covered the liability insurance required for my placement. The support team guided me throughout the entire process—from online CCMA training and certification preparation to externship placement. I would highly recommend Clinical Skills Institute to anyone searching for an affordable online Medical Assistant certification program with NHA exam preparation, flexible self-paced learning, hands-on externship support, and a team that continues helping students after they complete the coursework.

The experience was amazing they was so helpful with all my studies and even made sure to send me extra study material. They responded quickly to emails, and always step by step guides to help assure my process was efficient. I’m so glad I chose them to help step up my career. I’m planning to take other things from them as well.

I love that Clinical Skills Institute (CSI) is fully online and that you are able to take the course at your own pace. I was able to finish my bachelor's degree, work, and do my volunteering at school, all while doing this program, which made it much more accessible to me with such a busy schedule. I recommended this program to some of the people who volunteer at the clinic I am externing at, and they already started the process of becoming a CCMA through CSI. I would recommend this program to anyone pursuing any healthcare career, as you will be fully equipped to extern and help out at clinics, urgent cares, and many other healthcare facilities. CSI helped me gain an externship, where I felt so confident and prepared in my skills and applying them with patients.

The certification preparation resources from Clinical Skills Institute were one of the strongest parts of this program. The practice materials helped me become familiar with the exam format and identify areas where I needed to spend more time studying. I felt well-prepared going into the exam, passed with confidence, and couldn’t be happier with my overall experience at Clinical Skills Institute.

The content overall is good. However the site has some trouble loading here and there and the exams don’t load at all. If that would be fixed, that’s would be great.

Fast and smooth process to help you get into the healthcare field. Flexible classes and plenty of materials to study from at your own time. The amount of practice and mock exams they do is worth it. It guarantees you will pass the exam even if you barely study as long as you pay attention during class, do the daily quizzes, and take those mock exams, you will ace the exam.

Clinical Skills Institute has been a valuable part of my career journey. The course materials are well organized, and the downloadable PDFs make it easy to review lessons at my own pace. I also appreciate that the program includes multiple NHA practice exams and covers the CCMA exam fee, which adds great value. The instructors and support team have been helpful whenever I had questions. One improvement I'd love to see is the addition of short videos for each chapter to reinforce the material. Overall, I've had a positive learning experience and would recommend CSI to anyone preparing for the NHA CCMA certification.

I really wanted to give this company a chance. But unfortunately their team hasn't been helpful with any of my questions before enrolling neither via Text or Email, making me feel they won't be professional or responsive if I do enroll.
