Don Cordeiro was so very helpful and informative. He explained the process from beginning to end. The whole conversation was about an hour and the amount of money I’m saving will be substantial. He assisted me in understanding the program and all its benefits, providing me with actual information, and walking me through the process describing what to expect. No surprises! Elijah very knowledgeable and explained everything as he went through the process with each creditor and what I can do on my portal and any future add ons or things that are available to me. Eventhough it took me a few days to catch my welcoming call I finally caught the call and was once again staff explained everything and asked if I had any questions.. I was also informed if I have and questions do not hesitate to reach out.. fantastic group to work with ..thank you all so very much.

Great service and a wonderful team
I could not have more responsive representative handle my sign up then Jordan S. He was wonderful at explaining the financial parts of the program and what to expect moving forward. This was a successful switch from a competitor into ClearOne Advantage thanks to Jordan.

Michael was patient, friendly and thorough. Never was he pushy. He had my accounts open in front of him and was able to guide me through what was hurting me financially, what the options were and how to proceed.

My experience was not great but AMAZING...And what made it amazing was Felita she was very professional but always very caring, and understanding. She took my pain and turned it into relief. She listened to me and sympathized with me. She explained EVERYTHING to me where I understood the entire process. Very honest and true, she was a gift from God, and so is this service. There's not a lot of people out there that care about your struggles ClearOne Advantage does. They give hope to the hopeless. Good work you guys and God Bless You All

setting up was easy & the reps like Caryn Coleman has been outstanding. Helping me get thru to speak with reps because couldnt get thru their automation site and they called back asap. Have just graduated and am out of debt -- no more credit cards, everything is now cash & if i dont have it then that item or items wont be bought till have enuff funds to do so
