I ordered panels on June 30 2026. I have not received them or had any communication on the solar panels. I have left messages no response or calls back. I have emailed the company and no response on that as well. I have no idea what is going on with my order. I would recommend you buy from other companies as their customer service is nonexistent. I am starting to think this company is scamming people out of their money.

Website says the solar panels are in stock. Communication is very poor. No shipping date, just excuses. I wouldn't recommend buying from here.

Well the freight company never got in touch with me before the delivery i just came home from work and there they were sitting on a slope with one panel looking like it got stabbed with a forklift so getting the box open was a chore with the slope they all wanted to tip over. Other than that they have been perfect so much so that I have sent a few people in your direction. The price was perfect and the product although they dont make near what they are rated for, are everything i had hoped for.

The purchase and delivery went smooth. However if you need to make any adjustments to your order or return anything, you will not get an answer. Do not believe their website. They will stop answering you and will not accept returns Edit: The company let me exchange the panels for a pallet of panels I needed. Now, my only complaint is that it took a little while to get them to respond. Updated to 4 stars.

Service was excellent. I ordered thirty‑three 570‑watt panels; a few arrived with broken cells. I contacted them by phone, and they quickly shipped out replacement panels. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Terrible experience. I ordered a pallet of solar panels on Feb 24th. Over a month later and still no delivery of panels and not even a meaningful update. Tracking information was promised and never sent. Seems scammy to me, so I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Stay away.

The shipping company damaged a couple panels. Jon handled it promply and it was painless. Just had to send the pictures.

product and price were great. However, delivery confirmation and reporting was very slow. I did not receive a confirmation of shipment for 2 weeks. No message about the status or any indication of backorders. I would have appreciated prompt communication on the status or delays that might be expected with the option to continue or cancel as many other solar providers have done. I did not have a problem waiting but would like to be kept up to date. Several phone calls did not produce positive reports until 2 weeks later. The LTL freight was ok and the panels arrived undamaged and were shipped secure on a pallet. I Highly recommend ordering pallet quantity for best shipping safety. The lady handling logistics for the company was very nice and responded quickly to my requests. A+ to her.

They worked real hard to get my order shipped. There was a problem with the original order as far as availability and they found some other panels which I was pleased with and they are working excellent. It’s a 12 K system and I’m real pleased with the production
