I received a case of cleaner and only one sprayer. I intended to use the product at different locations and one sprayer obviously doesn’t permit. For what I paid for the case, I think that was a bit ridiculous.

Point to point was solid. But I was sold a product that doesn’t meet my needs. Customer service is prompt but no solutions. The manufacturer, Tornado, doesn’t respond to tech submissions. I have a 3,000.00 paperweight.

Very helpful on the phone when ordering. When arriving the product was what it looked like on the web site and how it was explained on the phone.

Communication is key, I’m sure why all items were not delivered together. I did order them at the same time.

Sent a used item but made it right by offering a sizeable discount. Good customer service.

I had several phone calls with questions about our order and each time I spoke to someone my experience was nothing but the best. I had all my questions answered throughout the process and was treated with great kindness. We were extremely satisfied with the process and the product.

, i like that they have stock on hand to send me my supplies. But they didn't have the gray wool pads so I had to buy more red . They need to stock up on gray floor pads. The day she gave me discount codes I purchase a lot!
