They were an incredible company from start to end! They did an excellent service asking us about what we were looking for and letting us know price ranges and timelines, plus they were super responsive and helpful when we got the ring and had to do a minor downsizing of the diameter. Loved working with them, excellent company and products!!!

Awesome service
Both Elli and Jenny were very responsive. The process was not complicated, I ended up misplacing the design and specs but Jenny went through our previous email and found it. Elli’s timeline was on the money and she answered any concerns I had. Very pleased with not only the product but the service as well.

Absolutely amazing! Super intentional and thoughtful service from start to finish! They were very easy to work with, and they want nothing more than to bring your dreams to life with their jewelry. My fiancee and I were very pleased with the way that her custom engagement ring turned out, and we would totally recommend them to anyone wishing to receive world-class service alongside prices that should knock any other jewelers out of consideration.

I sent a picture of the ring design i was interested in plus i described a design for the band and they absolutely nailed it. Within a week they sent me a 3d model and the whole process really only required a few email exchanges before I ordered it. Could not be happier and the shipment included info about the main stone and the side stones.
