Highly recommended!

What a wonderful company. We needed pet transportation for our ten week old Munchkins from Texas to Arkansas, which was a first for us. Our Cattery recommended CS as other customers had used them. We not only appreciated the bids on our job but especially the opportunity to read other customers’ reviews and photos along with the trip length they had. Everything went smoothly and I highly recommend CS for your shipping needs. And I add prompt customer service for any questions.

I liked that CitizenShipper offered several options for me to read profiles and choose who I thought would take good care of our cat. Devin took excellent care of our cat, he communicated very well with me. I really liked the updates along the way and he sent photos so we could see her.

Excellent Experience all the way around!

It was very easy to post and get quotes for pet transport on this site. The transporter we chose was FANTASTIC. Great communication, kept in touch via GPS the entire trip and kitty arrived safe and when expected. I would highly recommend CitizenShipper to anyone that need to transport their furbaby!

Great customer service

When I first booked a transporter on the CitizenShipper platform to transport my pet, I thought their route would be more direct. Upon learning after booking that the transporter was actually planning on taking my pet on a much longer route, I had second thoughts. The customer service team at Citizen Shipper made it easy for me to cancel that original booking and transfer my booking fee to a much better transporter option for my dog.

I felt a sense of safety and security

I felt a sense of safety and security in knowing that citizen shipper vetted all drivers and made sure they were safe and capable. I found the idea of putting deciding on the bid helpful and liked the idea of having choices. The process seems organized and reputable.

AVL made the whole thing enjoyable and surprisingly quick. Blessing 48 hours after picking up two very special Shih tzus 3000 mi away they came right up to my door at 4:30 in the morning with my two boys. : Tina presented them to me out on the driveway and then came into the house what a wonderful person she is. They sent photos as they made their travels they made contact with my email and text along the way, When they got here they let me know right when they were pulling up and did a video of the reunion. If ever need be again I would definitely use nobody but them.
