I used citizen meds for 3 months
I used citizen meds for 3 months. I was taking the Semaglutide injections. I never lost weight !!! Which is upsetting when you’re paying over Two hundred dollars a month!! The injections are mixed with B12 maybe more b12 than the actual medication. Believe the low ratings we all share a similar experience. Don’t bother contacting them it’s like pulling teeth from Big Foot. Citizens box is cute but their Semaglutide did not work !!

I did not like the double price from 1st month strength and the next step up, which was $300.00 can you imagine what 5th or 6th month would cost if you had to increase each month to loose the weight?

No way to communicate
After placing my order, I noticed that my address was correct except the state showed Texas instead of Illinois. When I received my confirmation, it listed an entirely different city, state, and ZIP code, which was very concerning. I immediately reached out, but nobody answers & no voicemail. I sent emails & received no acknowledgement or response for several days. Eventually, someone replied & confirmed that my order was actually shipping to the correct address, but the lack of communication & delayed response was extremely frustrating. As for the product itself, I'm currently three weeks in & haven't noticed any changes or effects yet. I'm not sure whether that's related to the dosage or something else, so I'm withholding judgment on the product for now. Overall, my biggest issue was the poor customer communication & the unnecessary stress caused by the address discrepancy. All companies should have means to communicate.

POOR QC and CUSTOMER SERVICE
Trizepitide Delivered in a sleeve with two tiny 3x3 lunch box size ice gel pack that were hot when received. Meds were hot! Extremely Poor quality control. When I reached out to customer service they said meds were ok to take at temp of 104 degrees for 4 days ? I am waiting on authorization to return or I will be disputing charges.

Citizen Meds was the first telehealth…
Citizen Meds was the first telehealth program that I joined. I was quite hesitant but after witnessing my sister's success, I joined. I did not know what to expect. After a deep dive into the world of compounded GLP1, I had a better idea of what my journey could possibly entail. Long story short, Citizen is not tailored for people that need someone to hold their hand. But if you want effective medicine with B12 added, ( this certainly helped with fatigue) Citizen Meds should be your choice. I've been able to shed almost 40lbs in less than 4months. They are not the cheapest on the market but I prefer their tirzepatide-B12 over others that I have tried.

Citizen Meds My Go To for GLP-1
I was skeptical that these GLP-1 meds worked. Well I was pleasantly surprised and lost 10 pounds in 6 weeks. Citizen Meds was there every step of the way. I would trust them if you're hesitant about trying the therapy.
