The hearing aids were exactly as shown in the materials and were very easy to set up and use. The service from CHOSGO was excellent and I have absolutely no complaints.

This company is a huge rip off
This company is a huge rip off. I Wanted to return a purchase and they told me I could accept a 99.00 refund if I wrote them a 5 star review! What kinda crap is that and their return policy is to ship it back to freakin China! Bought these for my 89 yr old mother to try and she didn’t like them nor could we get them to work properly. Hope you enjoy your $179.00 Chosgo you took it from an 89 yr old woman! Now you are accusing my 89 yr old mother of being uncooperative in your reply? Your product did not work for her and she wanted to return the hearing aids. You can ship your product from New Jersey but they have to be returned to China? Your offer for a 99.00 refund was made with the stipulation that I leave a 5 star review before the refund, that is un-ethical! I stand by my earlier review your company is a rip off! I have also filed complaints with my bank and CC company over your terrible customer service and products! 6/30/26 - My bank and CC company after looking at emails I forwarded agreed on this companies unethical practices and has refunded us the $179.00! FU Chosgo Hearing!

I am 80
I am 80. I have bladder cancer. My daughter gave me your product as a gift. I struggled with them at first but realized- find your best and let them work.I went through surgery, a local anesthesia and heard everything, life is better with them I thank my loving daughter and you guys for making a superior product. Quality product, excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Good communication. Great product. Helps a lot and is really good quality. Mom is hearing a lot better these days and it’s great that she didn’t even have to leave the house. Impressive product and such a good price!
