Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. We ordered a $6000 donut machine over the phone. We asked several times whether the unit came with all necessary pieces to be put together and operate. The sales rep assured us we only needed to order the one item and that all necessary equipment would be included. Imagine our surprise when a box arrived, weeks and weeks later than initially promised with less than half of the included pieces needed to put it together. What they sent us is absolutely useless and worthless. At first we thought it had to be a mistake and called to get it fixed. Unfortunately their customer service is abysmal and would do nothing to help. It’s also based overseas, manned by people who barely speak or understand English and who will happily lie to you and tell you they are US based, which, we went with an American company to AVOID all that. They didn’t even offer apologies let alone resolutions. After hours spent making numerous calls we were finally told that the rest of the pieces needed for this machine to be of any value to anyone had to be purchased separately for thousands of more dollars. It’s so dishonest. So misleading. Such false promises and such false advertising that I can’t even believe this place has a single positive review. The best they will offer is for us to return, at our cost and to pay a 25% restocking fee. It seems criminal to punish customers when your business is out here flat out lying to people about what they are selling. I’m Furious and will be seeking further resolution. To/dr avoid this company unless you enjoy being ripped off. Spend your money elsewhere
