Charges for changing destination CAUTION, THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING A TICKET AT THIS AGENCY. My wife and daughter made a reservation Tampa-Miami-Cozumel, after entering the information into the ChipOair system the reservation came out on JetBlue with a total of $770.59. After accepting it, they realized that the destination was not Cozumel but Cancun. They immediately called the agency to fix the problem, and the agent who assisted them said that for $120.00 they could resolve the situation. They agreed to pay the $120.00, not even 10 minutes had passed. Once the error was corrected, the reservation came out on American Airlines but at a cost of $1,153.48. To my surprise, I called the agency and the representative told me that they had only charged $84.00 for the change and that JetBlue had charged the rest, $305.00. When I call JetBlue, they tell me that even though the change was reflected, the airline didn't charge for the change. I call the agency again and they tell me that the charges for the destination change generated by their own system weren't $120.00 but $196.42 per passenger, which resulted in $392.84 and a total charge of $1,153.48 for both tickets. They're experts at hiding charges, justifying the theft with lies. DON'T USE THIS AGENCY, I DON'T RECOMMEND IT.

Great sit to use
I have never had a problem with the Cheap-O Air website. They show many routes and different prices to choose from and keep on sending email reminders for the flight chosen. I keep coming back to this site. It's the best, in my opinion.

I always use this site when, I book tickets to see my son. Always found it useful and easy to use..Not this time. As a person named Donna posted earlier, I found the app to have the same problems,constantly bombarded with add ons and other nonsense,and my paltry little discount for being a 1st time app user wasn't taken off. I found it really annoying to constantly having to deal with nonsense, when I was trying to concentrate on my booking. Also the company is around long enough it should be set up to deal in Euros and not just dollars. The App was slower than molasses in a freezer, and took forever to get the booking completed. Less of the bs add on nonsense and just concentrate on good ticket and pricing service.

Unpleasant Experience
I am displeased with the ordering system. I entered the passengers' information correctly, the system automatically entered middle names for two of the passengers. I did not catch the error before I Submit Payment. I called CheapOair immediately on receipt of the confirmation email, I was informed that the correction fee is $15/pp and have to submit documents to the airline for correction which would take some time. Or to cancel the tickets for $50/pp each. I couldn't cancel just the two erroneous tickets but the whole order of 4 tickets. It is outrageous as I did not enter those incorrect middle names. I ended up paying for the fees, and by the time I rebook the tickets, the ticket price had gone up. I got double whammy!

Worst place to buy your tickets or rent a car or hotel , been a platinum member with them for 20 years all kind of issues , I got 53000 points and when I wanted to redeem my points I got 20 dollars discount!!!!! Pathetic

Difficult website
Difficult website. Easy to mislead. Hard to find stuff you are driven to use, very hard to use if you have not downloaded its app and id downloaded it seems invasive. Seems to be forcing irrelevance and has a lot of pop ups interfering with use. Feels like it is a virus portal. I don't like it. A jumbo ad, with hard to get essential, a bad chat bot, and lots of pops ups and pushes that are not about me the customer but about it wanting money and hooking human beings up as a money drip. I spoke to one great human being -last time I had to deal with an issue I tried several times to deal with. One Great Fellow! That was the only good part so far in using the over complicated tangled website -the phone was answered, after other unhelpful calls, and a great fellow human took the call.
