Outdated and not very suitable for young drivers my daughter didn't understand a single thing with the course very confusing, and the questions occasionally make no sense and customer service is not great with this company. In short, I would not recommend this as a driving school for young teens 14-15 trying to learn and get education through this company.

Andrea was patient and very professional in her approach to service. She took the time to guide me in troubleshooting and coaching me on how to properly administer a recording for the voice biometrics so I could log onto my class. Andrea was very knowledgeable about all error messages and how to troubleshoot for each. 10/10 experience!

I had been locked out by my own faults and their kind staff did a few things I couldn’t have done myself through live chat to help me. I would like to mention Gladyze in particular for helping me. The course itself seems to have grammatical errors and their animations aren't synced up, but I prefer looking things up sometimes so it’s fine.

John O was amazing. I spoke to several representatives in the last month. He was thorough and asked the right questions. Because of this, we found out that my SST ID was delayed because the zip code was incorrect. Thank you so much John.
