This was one of the most productive experience. The customer service representative was very professional and very helpful. She was so knowledgeable and so patient. Trap loan
This is a trap not only will you get stuck in debt but it'll unfortunately keep growing and so will other debts to take to handle this one. It'll never get paid down or off and they use an automated system to keep you stuck going through that. There's no restructuring these loans, there's no option to settle and they will be quick to come after you once you've finally reached the point where you can't pay.
