You told me you had someone that would help me and no person has been available. Months have gone by with no assistance. Only calls weekly that they are sorry. What can I say.
I like the attention and flexibility you give to the caregiver and the client. I also enjoy the readiness and helpfulness you provide for the caregiver when it comes to turning in timesheets and answering questions.
I think if there was a way to cut down on unnecessary communication. I think for every shift I do there are 5 or 6 emails or notices I'm getting per shift. This means if I do 3 shifts there might be 18 emails. These start when I schedule the shift, confirm the shift, get a reminder for the shift, complete the shift, 3 more emails telling me the status of my pay.. The app itself gets confusing with all the different options for badge work, surveys, shift availability and initially, just getting registered to work for Carelinx was a long multi level experience. The app doesn't always work for scheduling purposes so I need to call in to schedule some shifts. Fortunately the 24/7 support you give us as caregivers is very good and important if we are having app problems or other issues.
I found a great helper through CareLinx. However the time allowed through the insurance (8 hrs/month) not sufficient for a person of my condition. That is something you may be able to improve. Chandrani
