Excellent listings and many options in my area for IT support. Able to submit for positions with the press of a button. I was able to land a satisfactory position very fast. I found an Easy commute and great pay rate!

CareerBuilder delivers constant spam from both their site and countless recruiters from the resume I never posted on there, but only edited. A year ago I submitted for my info to be removed and I never agreed to share my resume, but its still occuring. Greed is a bad trait to hold.

Almost all of the suggested jobs were not in my geographical area (and most of them were out-of-state), which was not very helpful, since I am not able to relocate.

I still haven't found a job. A good one. In years. So that's not great. But that's not all on you. The spam is awful.

I received jobs that did not match my experience and was not in the area.

Applying to a position rarely means getting any response from said company hence deeming it virtually impossible to fine employment among the many postings.

I have had a CareerBuilder account for years. First up, it has never been a place to job search. Just spam, and obvious spam recruiters. After changing my email address, I simply wanted to update my account. To do so, it wanted me to upload or create an entire resume again. What a racket. I then chose to close my account. No way to do so. I contacted the BBB and CareerBuilder has even ignored them as well. CareerBuilder needs to take a lesson on integrity and transparency. Follow up 4/1/26 - requested information sent. Hopefully it's not an April Fools joke. Please close my account.

What a bunch of con artists! Both CareerBuilder and Monster. Went to delete my accounts from both because I had not used them in over 5 years and had never received any recruiting calls referencing either company. Once I tried to delete my profiles, then all of the sudden I am getting dozens of calls and texts from scam companies. There needs to be a class action suit against these con artists and the Attorney General of IL needs to pursue fraud charges.

Ive gotten nothing worth while on Career Builder. Mostly all job offers from Head hunters and Job placement companies. Also from companies that are located outside of my preferred radius from where I live. Numerous Scam jobs for logistics fraud companies. As well as career titles that have absolutely nothing to do with my skills and abilities. Now im getting emails and Texts from scammers. And VMs that wont stop. I tried to make changes. Nothing available. I even tried to make my Profile hidden… it doesn’t exist. So now I was forced to Block all emails as scams and frauds. There is no assistance for Employment seekers. The one tab directs any job seeker to a list of possible solutions. Even after asking AI—the information there is of absolutely no help.
