Marvin has a special talent with writing some of the best resumes that not only will get you noticed, it will get you hired. I first used Marvin just over 3 years ago and when I started to apply for a new executive career move I had a 75 percent call to get me on the first round of interviews. Almost every time because of the details I would hear your resume has already told me what you have done, tell me about yourself, wow great resume, and/or very impressive skills. I am now back just to update as now due to my Linkdlen profile he mastered, I received an several recruiters reach out to me and most recently made a move that only happened because of Marvin so now I am having him update me new opportunity. Thank you Marvin!

Great professional asset
I’ve worked with Marvin over the years and he has been very professional and prompt. We went to school together at Midwestern State and he has been someone I can consistently come to for career advice and guidance. With his help I’ve been able to get in rooms I normally wouldn’t have access to and take advantage of opportunities not always afforded.

Great service & turn around!
Marvin is the consummate HR professional and extremely patient and knowledgeable. As an older member of the workforce, it’s been ages since I had to use, let alone update, a resume. Marvin walked me through everything step by step and took so much of the stress off my shoulders. I’m confident that my new resume will help me find the pre-retirement position of my dreams!

Exceptional Service and Results
Marvin helped me with my resume many years ago, which helped me get interviews at Google, Netflix, Airbnb, and other top tech companies in San Francisco where I accepted an offer from Airbnb. His attention to detail, timeliness, and the way he can highlight parts of a resume I never thought of went a long way. To this day, I continue to receive weekly emails from recruiters via LinkedIn. Marvin is extremely proficient with his work and is definitely worth having his expertise help folks looking for a change in their career.
