My wife prefers simple jewelry, and CaratLane had simpler, more petite design options for their mangalsutras. She hasn't taken it off since the ceremony.

Outstanding Customer Support from Hiten
I had the pleasure of working with Hiten on my recent CaratLane order, and I truly appreciate the support he provided throughout the entire process. My order required backend processing because the POP redemption could not be completed through the website. As a result, the ordering process took nearly four hours. Despite the lengthy process, Hiten remained patient, professional, and courteous from beginning to end. He answered all of my questions, coordinated with his team multiple times, kept me updated throughout the process, and even obtained a special exception that allowed me to redeem my full POP benefit. His communication was clear, he never rushed the conversation, and he genuinely made every effort to help me have the best possible experience. Although I believe the backend ordering process itself could be improved to make things easier and faster for customers, Hiten's service was excellent and deserves recognition. Thank you, Hiten, for your dedication, patience, and outstanding customer support. I truly appreciate your help and wish you all the best.

Beautiful product, excellent service
I ordered a necklace Cartlane online and trusted the service to begin with because it is a TATA product. It was a very smooth experience. As soon as I purchased, I called the customer service since I thought I didn’t receive the email receipt, they gently asked me to look in the spam. The product promptly arrived in the expected time with UPS signature on delivery option. The necklace was neatly packed and looks so beautiful! I recommend this service.

I recently shopped at Caratlane for a ring for myself online. The ring turned out to be loose for me. That was when Hiten from Caratlane took over, handled the return and exchange process easily. Expensive and looks alike cheating gold 22k per gram price 127$ Assume as 130$ per gram 10 grams 1300$ Making charges 15% = 195$ Overall around 1500$ .. but here they sell for 2800$ +

I exchanged an earring that I bought earlier and got the same earrings. I didnot get full amount to exchange as other stores so I kind of lost some money there. Won’t be shopping in Caratlane much but the guy(Hiten) who helped me with the exchange process was good about explaining and placing the replacement order. Thank you
