It’s been 4 weeks since i ordered
Update- the canvases were scheduled for delivery 8/4. The freight company reached out to schedule this . I waited at home half the day to receive the delivery. Reached out to them midday to find it had been rescheduled for 8/6- but no one bothered to tell me. This morning, I looked up the tracking information online to see that it’s been rescheduled again for 8/7. Again no update. So they were content to let me take 2 days off work to receive a package they knew would not arrive. I also learned that canvaslot lied about the shipping - the freight company said they didn’t receive it until 7/27 and canvaslot told me they sent it out 7/24. 3 days may not seem like a lot but it was to me. At this point I have no time left to actually paint the canvas by the deadline. —— It’s been 2.5 weeks since i ordered. It’s impossible to get ahold of them and when you finally do they give you the runaround. I’ve been told multiple times that my order would be shipped out but have still not been provided tracking info. I requested a refund last week since I’m on a tight deadline but instead was lied to with promises my order would go out. 2.5 weeks, no shipping info, no product . What a mess.
