His knowledge level is exceptional and more importantly his teaching method is laid out in a way that is exceptionally organized and therefore more comprehensive. I’ve really enjoyed being part of the program. Before joining, investing felt confusing and overwhelming, but the lessons break everything down in a way that’s easy to understand. The mentors are patient, the community is supportive, and I never felt embarrassed to ask questions. I also like that they focus on long-term investing and building good habits instead of trying to “get rich quick.” Overall, it’s been a great learning experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to start learning about investing with more confidence.
Working with the Call to Leap team has definitely been a positive experience. As a senior with no previous investing background, I found the beginner program enjoyable and easy to follow. I joined Call to Leap because I wanted to take control of my own investing instead of relying on financial advisors. While I had invested in the stock market for years, I wanted to learn how to generate income through options, reduce risk, and build a long-term strategy for financial independence and retirement. Working with Coach Shawn over the past three months has been one of the most valuable parts of the program. We had nine one-on-one coaching sessions where he helped me review my portfolio, understand options trading, and create a personalized roadmap based on my financial goals. Shawn was always patient, knowledgeable, and willing to answer my questions, making complex investing concepts much easier to understand. The community, weekly coaching calls, live Q&A sessions, and training modules were also excellent resources. It was reassuring to learn alongside other investors and have access to experienced coaches whenever questions came up. In just three months, I accomplished far more than I expected. I transitioned from high-fee advisor-managed accounts to managing my own investments, eliminating approximately 1.5% in annual advisory fees on a significant portfolio. I also developed a structured plan to diversify my concentrated stocks (ESPP/RSU) holdings instead of having most of my investments tied to a single company. Beyond the portfolio changes, I now understand how to use covered calls, cash-secured puts, the Wheel strategy, and collars as part of a disciplined investing approach. I established the proper account structure, including Roth IRA and taxable brokerage accounts, and practiced these strategies before implementing them with real investments. Most importantly, I now have the confidence to make informed investment decisions on my own instead of depending on someone else. My long-term goal is to achieve financial independence so my wife and I can retire earlier, travel extensively, enjoy more vanlife adventures, and spend time between California and Florida. Just as importantly, I want to pass this investing knowledge on to my two children, who are 24 and 18, so they can start building wealth much earlier than I did and make informed financial decisions throughout their lives. Shawn helped me build the investing foundation, eliminate unnecessary advisor fees, reduce concentration risk, and create a long-term roadmap to pursue all of those goals with confidence. If you're serious about learning how to invest, manage your own portfolio, and build long-term wealth, I highly recommend Call to Leap. The education, coaching, and community are well worth it. Love that he’s a teacher who breaks things down step by step. Makes financial concepts easier to understand. And that he addresses people in all different seasons of life - including starters in their 40s and 50s.
I love how Steve explains all the difficult financial information. The school system once again lost a great teacher but I'm glad he is still teaching the people who want to learn. Keep on keeping on, I very much enjoy learning from your videos.

For a newbie like me, with no experience in investing or options trading, he taught me a lot about ETFs and which stocks to pick for option trading and guided me step by step to take action and do the option trading, which can be scary at the beginning, but with his guidance, he made it very simple to understand the option trading process and made some money in just 2 weeks.
