The app crashes quite a bit
The app crashes quite a bit, and had a couple of bad connections, one on the phone and one on chat. The customer service reps are usually good about crediting the time back. I called for a credit back for the chat because my screen completely froze and was asked to figure out when it froze to credit the specific minutes back but it was hard to gauge so I didn’t ask for a refund on 3 the minutes lost due to a fuzzy line. 3 minutes lost for a $13/min reading is a lot of money. I also wish they would put a time limit on the readings. Some people can stay on the line for 2+ hours it’s insane.
