My Tech Support was professional and worked quickly to install my hardware. He had made the wire harness the night before to save a few hours of install time. Amazing what a good tech does to ease his work as well as the customers.

Great customer service and communication, I received a call right away to schedule the product installation, a reminder the day before and the day of the installation, very simple process. The day of the installation the technician called to provide his expected time of arrival, very professional, explained the process very well, completed the installation, provided a demonstration, and provided instructions on how to operate the system, I was very impressed with the whole process from the time I was contacted until the time the install was completed. I’m very satisfied with the whole process and the product.

There are a couple of things that they were not upfront about the product and service. One, they do not offer weekend installs maybe Saturday but i was told it was 2 to 3 months out and they dont offer Sundays. Two, I was not told that you would not have the remote start function if the product was in use. I had called customer service to complain about the issue i had about not being told upfront about the remote start. The lady/customer service said to me the installer didn't tell you. I said no and was not happy about that. She said basically that there is nothing they can do about that. She said I can talk to the owner if I would like? I said yes and she said he is not in right now and that she would leave him a message. I never received a phone call. I really believe she did not even give him the message. I dont think i would have had the product installed that day if I would have know upfront. I also gave the installer a large tip. Is it worth the $800? Not totally sure.

Easy and fast install at my house. Company calls you and schedules appointment time at residence (in driveway, no street) to get this done working with your schedule

Great installation process. Richard was great, and straight up. Purchase process with Samantha was easy and she even called with a reminder to ensure that there is no problem for installation the next day. Highly Recommend them and there product.

The installer was on time, polite, and did a great job. The device works as it is supposed to. I do wish it was a little smaller but I’ll take it for the peace of mind

Installation was done in roughly an hour or so and it works as described. Only dislike is if you inadvertently push start without your key installed and throwing engine codes. May want to also sell a OBII reader for folks to reset errors. That is what I’ve done three times now.

Communications with the company have been great. I ordered the system online and within 10 minutes and after hours I recieved a call acknowleging the order and setting up an installation time. There was constant communication letting me know when the installer would arrive. Installer arrived on schedule and took the time advertised to install the system. The installer Richard, explained the system fully.

I think the product is an excellent value for the price. The peace of mind that it gives me is priceless. I only wish that the parts came in a black color so that it would blend in with my very expensive black leather interior. It could blend in much better if it were black. Also, because it's so low under my dashboard, it's difficult to see at night. It would be a nice option to add a a light ring to the exterior of the outlet. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchase and the service that I have received. Thank you.

This is a great product! Someone tried to steal my previous Jeep and were unsuccessful thanks to the Ravelco product. The at-home installation makes this purchase so easy!

I have a "RIG" set-up on my Truck. Never need to worry about Theft again! Love this device! I have been a victim of stolen vehicle in the past, this is the best preventative masure a person can take! Great experience, professional, fast, and secure. Highly Recommend!

I requested a quote from this company for the install on my vehicle. I even gave them the city that I was in. They quoted the advertised price and said that they would come to me for the install. Then in a subsequent email, they decided to add $100 to the install for a trip fee. Here is what it says on their website. The installation is included in the price of the Ravelco for the following major metropolitan areas. Mobile Installation Coverage Area Greater San Francisco Bay Area Greater Los Angeles/Orange/Inland Empire Area San Diego Metro Area Sacramento Metro Area Stockton to Fresno Area Phoenix, Tucson, Arizona Specifically says that installation is included in the price and that the Phoenix/Tucson area is included. It does not say Phoenix or Tucson. I am in Casa Grande which is right in the middle of that area.
