They are THE best!
Not only do I host my own podcast with Buzzsprout but I recommend them for my clients as well. I want to shout out a specific wow moment with their Customer Support team. This is an example but know that regardless of the person helping, their Support is top notch. Over the course of a couple of days I went back and forth with Serena at Buzzsprout. I detailed what I thought was happening with a client's account on Buzzsprout and another platform. I pretty much knew what was happening but since this involved video, I wanted to double and triple check. I also wanted to get options for the client to choose from when I shared with them the problem-solution communications. Serena was a ROCK STAR! She was so patient and explained everything so clearly. The only reason it took a couple of days was because I'm in Europe and I started asking questions on a Sunday. As far as I'm concerned this was super fast, clear service on a very complex issue. They are THE best. Don't change Buzzy!

Buzzspout has made my podcast journey unbelievably easy. Everything about the process is easy, and they make it plug and play. If it were not for Buzzsprout I may not have stayed on the journey.

I love this software
I love this software. I am so happy I decided to work this for my podcast. I like that I can have multiple podcasts under one user name. I like that each one has its own dashboard. I like that I have a number of hours I can upload. I like that it connects to all the podcast outlets and I don't have to worry about uploading to all the outlets, it does it for me. I like that I can add guests and have a bio of them.

Using Buzzsprout has been a unique experience. It was very easy to set up and load up my podcast audio conversations without any problems. I just wish I could do audio AND video using Buzzsprout. It would save me a whole lot of time as opposed to switching from one platform to another.

Buzzsprout has worked quite well as hosting platform for podcasts. Our podcasts have been online now for about 6 years. They continue to get heard. The price for maintaining them is fair.

I found my way to Buzzsprout after…
I found my way to Buzzsprout after being totally frustrated with another program. It was easy to learn, had features I use (like noise reduction since I have not invested in good equipment), and it is affordable. Podcasting is a hobby for me and a way to talk about life and faith, so I don't have a lot of time and money to invest. Its worked well for me.
