I’m was looking for the best price on new hearing aids. From start to finish I found that with Buybearingaid.com, and their customer service this far has been stellar.

I believe they know what they are doing and, although my aids didn't work out for me, my experience with the firm and the quality was very good. They stand behind their products.

Purchasing was easy but the billing receipt was rather primitive. It did not have my name on it nor did it have the method of payment. The company employee was very nice and emailed me the information I requested about my purchase.

I was trying to find a hearing aid for my 90 year old aunt. Buyhearingaid was recommended. I ordered a Phonak and now she is hearing again. Although the hearing aid is great, what impressed me the most was the service I received. The staff was always there to answer my questions any go to great lengths to help. By the way, the tootsie rolls in the box was delicious.

I’ve worn hearing aids for over 50 years, and this has been the worst customer service experience I’ve had across all sellers. I requested an adjustment, as they arrived with many problems on the settings. No one replied to four emails, and a phone call was never scheduled. I finally called them to return these, but they have ignore the request, even after I called them to request return instructions. There is simply no after-purchase care, and this company should be avoided.

I needed a replacement hearing aid charger while traveling when I left mine at home. I found this company online and was initially a little cautious, wondering if I would receive the correct charger. Instead of simply pointing me to a product, while in chat, I believe the owner took the time to ask for my hearing aid model and serial numbers to make sure I received the exact charger I needed. He understood that I was traveling and couldn't afford to be without a way to charge my hearing aids. He shipped the charger immediately so it arrived at my hotel in time for me to continue my trip without interruption. The charger was exactly right, and the service was exceptional. If you need hearing aid accessories and want to be confident you're getting the correct product, I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I still have not received this order. Not even a tracking number to this day!!! I’ll appreciate it if someone in your company can correct this problem.

Great service when they are trying to sell there products nobody ever gets back to you when you want to do a return. Seems there was a lack of communication. They promptly reached out and made things right. I can’t comment on there product as I have not tried it and going with another brand.

Mike was an awesome guide to finding the best hearing aid for me and purchasing it at a super price! Also, working with their audiologist was an incredible experience in learning about my new hearing aid and how best to use it!

Easy to work with and they preprogrammed the aids accordingly to my audiogram. They are better than my older ones. The only disappointment is the color of the hearing aids. It wasn’t discussed at the time of the special order. So, partially my fault. I will use them again in the future.

I purchased a pair of Oticon Intent 1 and received them in five (5) days without programming as requested. They arrived via FedEx. They are as advertised including the charging station. Great service and a wonderful customer service team!

Can’t seem to get an adjustment, and I don’t have any domes that I can use. They sent me a packet of domes that were the smallest domes I have ever seen. I am using a pair of domes that are from my old hearing aids and they have holes all over them from me cleaning them. The domes in the pack were not even a quarter of an inch. There was only one large dome and I was unable to get it on the hearing aid. I tried for about 20 minutes with no success.
