Unfair pricing.
I feel like I was under paid for the s24 ultra. The phone is in great condition, no scratches or chips on the frame or screen and the phone is more than $700 out the box. The reason I was given for the price cut was the phone being locked to a carrier but even then, that phone alone should've been at least $200 if not $300 considering the quality the phone was kept in and the storage it had.

My first time using BuyBackTronics and to date, the best buyback service experience ever - and I’ve sold a lot of stuff in the past through other services. Price offered for my mini PC was excellent and the turn-around time (I requested expedited processing) for both inspection and payment was delivered as described. Communication was timely. Order status/info/management was easy to locate and use. I will definitely be using BuyBackTronics in the future for selling and buying.

The best buyer of electronics
Gazelle offered me $80 then came back with a changed offer of $35 i then sent it to BuyBackTronics and they paid me exactly what they offered ($76). I have sold other devices to them and always was paid their initial offer Never going anywhere else.

Patience pay$ off!!!
Not the fastest way to get cash for an electronic item. BUT....definitely the best payout. Two weeks from the time I took the phone to the UPS store to confirmation check was sent. There was no reduction of the estimated payout after the item was inspected. And emailing to get a status update actually got me to a HUMAN!!!! Who went above and beyond putting my order at the front of the inspection line. Fantastic experience.

The process was easy to send off my electronics, so I appreciate that. However, after receiving confirmation that my electronics were received, I have still not received payment. They are strict about you sending the package within a time frame, but once they have it, they will take their time sending payment.
