Masoud and Buy Boat Fridges l was incredibly helpful. I had a failed circuit board on a 2010 drawer fridge and he took the time to make sure that I had isolated the problem correctly, talked me through a few options, and then made sure that I ordered the correct replacement assembly. He even talked me through the redesign that the manufacturer had gone through to to correct the problem I had. With that information I was able to install the replacement circuit board in a far better manner so that hopefully I won't have this problem again. Bottom line, he saved me thousands of dollars by not having to replace the entire unit and helped make my fridge far more reliable for the future. I commented to my wife that "this was be far the best customer service situation I've ever had".

You guys have been awesome
You guys have been awesome. Eventhough I told them to deliver any day but Monday, they delivered Monday. I was able to go there and accept it. It should be all good. It have been a pleasure!

Buy Boat Fridges take care of their customers
Buy Boat Fridges runs their business the way mom and pop business use to run their businesses where they cared more about building long-term relationships than making quick sales. I didn't know this model still existed and I thank my lucky stars that I discovered Buy Boat Fridges to help me with my Sprinter Van appliances and repairs. They will have my business for life.

Not only did they offer the best price I could find anywhere, but the shipping was also cheaper AND faster than all the other retailers I contacted. Ready, willing and able to competently help 24/7.
Worked with Masoud. He was great. Not only was he a very informed and competent sales person, he knew the Vitrifrigo product. Was able to advise me what I needed and get it shipped to Alaska quickly and cost effectively. Wild thing was this company answers their phone 24/7. I had no idea. Here in Alaska we are very used to working across tine zones. This company is not only awake… but alert in the Alaskan afternoon. Thanks for your help!

The experience was easy
The experience was easy. Navigating the site, options, specifications was a breeze. Once committed to order the product the quick response, follow up phone call (which never happens in most companies), pictures of product as it was being prepped for shipping, then email and another follow up call after it shipped. Amazing service levels!

This was one of the best experiences ever. After placing my order, Nasu called me within minutes. Discussed my freight questions and answered all of my other questions as well. Saved money, they sent me pictures of before it ships, so i know what to expect when it arrives. It arrived as promised and quickly 4 days, impressive. Thanks Nasu for everything!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! These guys know what’s up. Had my parts in stock and to me in one day and with their help I was able to repair my refrigerator and not pay for a tech to come to the boat. Highly recommended
