Ship the vest and the armor at the same time. Give the customer a refund when they ask for one without a lot of back and forth. Trying to return the item was almost like pulling teeth.

Lack of Customer Service.
I had emailed support to confirm the PGD ARCH GEN 3 was in stock. I had confirmed twice to ensure the item was in stock. In which they said it was and even created an invoice. Once ordered, I waited a few days and called the customer service associate then said it was not and affirmed that they did not check the stock upon receipt of the order.

The team at bulletproof zone are an excellent team, had a few hiccups in the beginning with miscommunication about product being of out stock, but after a few emails, things were set right and my products was here within 3 days of everything being fixed, excellent communication, very professional, and definitely Bulletproof!!

Bulletproof Zone made it right.
I wrote a negative review thinking that these things don't make any difference, but I figured "what the heck," at least someone else may see it and save them some heartache. Here is the original review: ---The website showed one price. I waited 2 weeks for the item to only get an email saying that they messed up on the website and that the price was double of what was posted. The 2 options that I was offered were to either pay double, or cancel the order. The reason for the one star is that I think that they should have honored the posted price since it was their fault. So I opted to cancel and would probably not shop here again.--- So here is what happened immediately after I wrote the review. The following day I received a phone call asking, what they could do to make it right? I mentioned that I already made the purchase through someone else. but if they honored the price on the website, I would purchase another set of plates. It took about a week to get the approval, but they did contact me and were willing to honor the listed price. I received the plates yesterday (which was within a week from when the order was placed.) and the product is perfect. Like I said before, I never thought that these companies ever really cared about these reviews. But is seams to me that if someone is not happy with their service, they are willing to make it right. Even with my original review, I did not feel that what happened to me was not a deliberate attempt to defraud me, nor was it a bait and switch. I believe it was a genuine website listing oversight/mistake, but once it was brought to their attention (obviously through the review) they made it right! So because they were willing to contact me and correct the mistake, I would absolutely be coming back next time I need a set of plates.

1st product was changed due to time…
1st product was changed due to time frame , Second product was changed due to out of stock, 3rd product I still have yet to receive as it was apparently lost between shipper and shipping facility.

Return customer here. I always buy with confidence from Bulletproof Zone. Not only for the quality products, but for the customer serivice. I had an item that needed replaced/exchanged, and Sheri was so very helpful. You just don't find customer service like this any more. Thank you!

I work as a professional and armed security guard and I ordered a bulletproof vest from the company and it fit perfect, and I love it. That vest is awesome. I just ordered a dry vest, max dry 5 vest. This company is awesome. I have been wearing my bulletproof vest for 2 years now and I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Bought this backpack insert in 2022 for my son when he was in high-school. It is now 2026 and he's graduated so we no longer needed it. Decided to do some target practicing on Fathers Day and test it out. We shot a .22, 9mm, 45 acp and an AR15 223. The only thing that made it through was the AR which in the description of the product it clearly states that the level i bought does not protect against rifles which means IT DID WHAT IT WAS SUPPOSE TO DO!! Also keep in mind that we shot it multiple times so it was compromised and still worked. Great product and was a nice piece of mind to have in my sons backpack during his high school years. Hope this review helps someone thinking of buying one to know a regular Mom like me has tested it and approves.
