I've always gotten great customer service from BuddyBoss. This particular time I actually fixed the problem on my own after I submitted a ticket but FurQan kept great communication and followed up with me even though I forgot to follow up with them. Thank you, FurQan.

Amazing service with rapid response
Amazing service with rapid response. The customer service was not only quick, it was with another human being. That’s right a live person real dialogue, empathy, and legitimate concern for the client and the client experience. The only reason for 5 stars was because that was the limit.

Lawrence of Buddy Boss addressed my issue as though it was his own. He provided me with the information I needed and could understand to help me use the platform of BBoss in the way I wanted it to I am very happy with their platform and services. I will admit that several years ago, I was tempted to move away to Peepso, but my tingling gut told me to stay with them and I am SO GLAD I DID!!!!!!
