When my order did not arrive for several weeks, the representative of your company followed up and resent the order. The problem was somewhere in the delivery system, not on your end. She was very friendly and helpful, as well. Thank you.

Great Products and Service
So happy I have found the Brownmed website to order my heel huggers. I have been using them for many, many years, and always ordered on Amazon. Lately they have been out of stock, and ordering from Brownmed has been so easy. Service is great and they keep me updated on my order. Love their products and their service.

Helps reduce aching my my hands
Condition: arthritis in right ring finger. Use of hands: housework & landscape maintenance. Experience so far: these gloves are going to come in very handy. They stretch, but not too much. They reduce the aching in my right hand. Seller: quick response with shipping. Gloves are correct size. Reasonable price. I have already recommended these to my daughter-in-law! Thanks for the good product.

My experience was great in the ordering…
My experience was great in the ordering portion of this process, however, I recently tried on the Knee Sleeve & it's too big. The quality of the sleeves are awesome. FYI: I did take a clothe measuring tape before I ordered them and the tape indicated what you guys said should be "X-Large". Can I return them and get the next smaller size?

The wrist rest has been helping me for years--this was a replacement of a seven-year-old version! Product was exactly as described and came on time. I wish it had been part of the inventory of the company my employer uses for office supplies, but it was worth paying for it myself! product well made, not sure i like
shipping little slow. product well made nice quality not sure if too tight, have to take my rings off when i put them on because hurting hands when on w rings. Not sure if i will use because of the above.
