The service is very convenient and I am happy with the meds I've received but I feel you should only be charged by session not on a month to month basis, especially when its 3 months in between sessions and little quizzes you take to check in.
Easy to use and extremely helpful. Great appointment times offered and very knowledgeable doctors. Best experience I have ever had on this type of platform.
Adeola is a caring & compassionate practitioner. She understood my problems and prescribed the correct medications for me. She thoroughly explained how they worked, the risks of side effects, what to tell friends and family members to look for as well as help me set realistic goals for my care and progress. She has truly made a difference in my life.
I always feel like I’m in a safe space during my visits. I’m comfortable enough to hold nothing back and i feel like she cares. I can tell she honestly pays attention to me and my needs by what she says to me. I’m just so grateful.
The biggest problem is that the app doesn’t follow what the Doctor says. For example: I was told to make my next appointment with the Doctor in 3 months because that is what the Doctor said, yet the app constantly tells me to set up another appointment immediately.
Erin is amazing- I feel like she genuinely listens to me and my concerns and works with me to find the best solutions. I love her positivity and energy. Brightside also makes communication outside scheduled appointments easy through quick messaging, as well.
Providing direction on dealing with problems. Providing useful handouts that explain what the emotions are we are dealing with, variables of how we can deal with these emotions and how others deal with these emotions. Listening and giving feedback on our approach to get through that which we are dealing with.
Brightside Health is a complete assembly line that treats human lives like low-priority support tickets. They made sure their billing system processed my payment instantly for an initial assessment on Tuesday, but when it came to providing actual medical care and next steps, they completely ghosted me for three full days. When I finally demanded the treatment plan I paid for on Friday, their support team panicked and abruptly terminated my care via an automated text template. To cover up their own clinical neglect, they actually fabricated a "policy violation" out of thin air, falsely claiming I was aggressive, even though no anger or profanity was ever used. The lack of internal communication is a joke. Minutes after support terminated my account, a separate provider sent me a completely contradictory canned message—so incredibly lazy they didn't even bother to edit out the bracketed template text at the bottom.
