The brake parts fix exactly like the OEM parts -time will tell about the rear rotors and pads - but they look beefy and thick - impressed by my first encounter

Customer service is excellent
Customer service is excellent. Shipping was fast and the price is reasonable. Also this my second set of brakes. My first set is 10 years old and still as good as the day I installed them.

Brakes look good and work well. Customer service takes care of problems.
After finding the brakes online as a kit for the whole car both front and back that came together and couldn't be separated, I called and spoke to a woman to make sure they fit my specific vehicle, I was told they would definitely fit. After receiving the brakes the rear rotors were way to big and would not fit, the pads were correct and the fonts were good. I was able to order the correct rear rotors to complete the brake job. After initial difficulties with customer service to return the incorrect rear rotors I was contacted by a staff member of the company and they worked everything out. They provided shipping and allowed me to return the incorrect rotors for a full refund. I could not be happier with the service. I understand that mistakes and errors happen and it's great when a company works with their customers to resolve the issue. Definitely will be using them in the future. Alexa from customer service/support was excellent, super patient, understand, and helpful.

Quality product with good instructions
Quality product, easy installation with nice instructions. Rotors look great on our 2019 Acura RDX. Pars are quiet and stop nicely.

Fit perfectly. work even better
Fit perfectly, is very linear in the feel at the pedal.... But most of all the brakes work every time even if wet... Unlike the factory brakes that could only fade almost every time

Easy and affordable
It was really easy to enter my car model into the website to get the brake pads I needed. Was also much more affordable than letting the auto shop charge me for the brake pads.

The Site is great and accurate and shipping is fast. I’ve searched for the Drill and Slotted and could not find the brake set. One look on the site and I found 2 different premium sets. I’m very pleased with my purchase.
