Asked me to authorize £1 payment then took $5 from my bank Update one week later, they are now trying to take £30 from my account. Avoid this website at all costs, absolute scammers!

Brainsmate is a SCAM
They offer this 1USD one time pay IQ test, without giving you the option for subscription. Yet once your card is in and you only pay for the one time 1USD test, they will take 50USD off of you monthly and it will say on your transactions that it was for subscription. They disappeared from my emails after taking loads of money off of me, after receiving regular, weekly emails from them. I didn’t even know there was a subscription, so how come they took 50USD for a monthly subscription? Brainsmate is a SCAM.

SUBSCRIPTION SCAM
Paid $1USD for results for my test which was fine but unexpectedly charged $30USD couple weeks later. No idea i was signed up for a subscription otherwise i wouldn’t have done it in the first place. Now i have to contact support to cancel it instead of being able to cancel it on the website.

dont lose money to curiosity
dont use this they promise a one time payment and then charge you tiny ammounts at a time so you dont notice, then i got charged £30/$40 out of nowhere, they cant even tell me it was an incorrectly cancelled subscription as i never signed up to one and checked in every way if there was one and there wasnt extremely poor website design with no obvious billing or payment section- do NOT use
