It was difficult to find out how to order only the first item in a series. Ordering by phone is IMPOSSIBLE. I waited 45 minutes for a call back that never came, and my answering machine has no record of any call back. It's like you don't want to sell your merchandise.

This company has the coolest stuff. It's easy to order and I receive it within reason. I have bought many things from them. I have no complaints.

Horrible customer service most agents don’t speak English. They’re not based in the United States. The agents are in the Philippines and other countries no control over your order online cannot cancel or change your order. Have to speak with someone in another country. Long delivery time frames horrible upper management.

I absolutely LOVE my beautiful Opal & diamond cross ring! It fits perfectly & is everything I expected in style & quality made. I will wear it proudly to express my faith & always acknowledge the precious verse inscribed in the underside, "With GOD all things are possible". Thanks for an indearing piece I'll cherish always.

Pricing is confusing..and once your account is debited, more expensive that originally led to believe. I received a duplicate shipment...two items that I had previously received. Impossible to speak with customer service, on hold for over 12-15 minutes. Also, I am unable to check my payment method and change.

Ordered checks and filed in correct information, received checks with the city name spelled incorrectly. Called Pakistani customer service, I was told I'd have to pay for a completely new order to have it corrected...Cheap Checks, Inferior customer service...you get what you pay for...lesson learned...never again.

I ordered a ring from Bradford Exchange. It came 3weeks later. I wore the ring 3 days before the center stone fell out. I contacted their customer service and they said they’d replace it in 2-3 weeks. Well that shipping date quickly turned into 2 months. Frustrated, I just asked them to cancel and refund. They said sure and I’d get my money back in 3-5 days. Well 5 days later still no refund. I feel disappointed by a company that says they will do something and then not do it. Save the hassle don’t buy from them.

The website was easy to navigate. I think my friend will love the item I purchased for her milestone birthday, but I'll hold off on commenting on quality until she has received it.
