My book wasn’t damaged thankfully buttt the packaging wasn’t very protective for a product made of paper. It was a rainy day when my package came in so it could have been damaged easily. Otherwise though I don’t have anything else, will probably shop again

I use this service because Bookshop provides direct financial support for independent book sellers. Beginning in 2020 I started using your service and I will never purchase another book through Amazon.

Not being able to use gift cards on E-Books is a little frustrating. My friend sent me one in hopes to help me finish a book club book sooner and it became an additional hurdle not being able to get a digital copy with the gift card. My book also had a tiny bit of damage and was a little disappointing:(
