I hired Books Publisher INC for book publishing service and paid the amount we agreed on. Before the payment, communication was regular, but after that I had a very difficult time reaching anyone. My calls often went unanswered, and getting updates on my book became frustrating. I expected clearer communication throughout the publishing process, especially after making the payment. Based on my experience, I can't recommend the service.
I am very pleased with the quality results. I highly recommend these professional yet reachable, easy-to-work-with, friendly people. I gave them my idea for my book cover; they made it perfect. They are not professionals and constantly give you 'new account managers'. The editing was done by an English AI and I had to reject it. They signed a contract that 'guaranteed' results or your money back after 6 months, 6 months go by and no sales. They won't honor the money back guarantee and now won't answer the phone if they know I'm calling. Stay away.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Authors Book Publishing. I paid for publishing services upfront with the expectation that my project would be actively managed and progress would be made toward publication. After payment was received, I was later asked to provide additional funds for services that I considered to be significantly more expensive than originally anticipated. When I expressed concern about the additional costs and requested evidence of meaningful progress on my project before investing further funds, communication became increasingly limited. Despite multiple attempts to obtain updates regarding the status of my book, I received no information regarding work completed on my behalf. As time passed without measurable progress, I informed the company that I would consider requesting a refund if I did not see movement on the project. I did not receive a response. I subsequently requested a refund and, to date, have not received a response or a resolution that I believe a paying customer deserves. My concern is not simply the financial investment, but the lack of transparency, responsiveness, and accountability throughout the process. Authors place significant trust in companies that offer publishing services, and clear communication is essential when handling a client’s intellectual property and financial investment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I encourage prospective authors to carefully review all agreements, maintain detailed records of communications and payments, and thoroughly evaluate all costs and deliverables before committing funds.
Not everything was perfect, but overall it was a good experience. There were a few delays here and there, but the team stayed responsive and made sure things were completed properly. In the end, my book definitely got more exposure than before.

first off I felt pressured and rushed I felt like I was not treated fairly. they never actually proof read my book I still find errors after published, I ordered 200 copies and they never actually showed up, and to top it off we discussed having the books for the launched on my moms birthday April 18th and up to the day before I call like 15 times before I could get 1 reply after 15 calls and numerous texts. didn't get launched till may 1st. and the guy create an amazon account with my name not even spelt correctly and set up payments I have no knowledge of payments and I never get any royalty from my book they are unprofessional in my opinion. oh another issue was that at times I feel like it was a one man trying to do a thing. ethics were poor I would not recommend this company location was okay considering I am a New Yorker.
