I didn’t like having to schedule a…
I didn’t like having to schedule a nurse visit that was 2-3 days out. If I have a question about my meds or dosage I prefer being able to talk to someone right away or even text message.

Customer service was very responsive. My nurse call was professional and informative. My medication came quickly and still cold even in 90 degree weather! I had signed up with another company and it was a disaster. BLIV is a terriffic company!!

Pay more, buy less.
12 week supply bought. 10 weeks of meds delivered. Vial expires in 4 weeks. Pay for 12, get 10, technically only supposed to use 4. Customer service completely unhelpful. Edit in regards to public response here and private email response: -Customer service only responsive when negative review left. -Unable to pick dosage for refill, even after getting in touch with NP. Refill was for half dosage of what I had titrated up to. Which means either a 20 week supply of half what I had been on or a 10 week supply of my actual dosage. Regardless, charged for 12 weeks. -USP storage standards mandate maximum 28 days on a pierced vial due to bacterial ingress. This is regardless of the use of bacteriostatic water or medicine efficacy past this date. If you are receiving a single vial for more than 28 days of dosing, you're not following the actual guides of safe vial usage. Moved to a different solution. Been so much easier to use and better controlled than Bliv.

I did not want to change my medication…
I did not want to change my medication dosage and they sent me a stronger medication when the lower was already working great for me. I was only referred to a meeting with a nurse to answer my questions. Ordering and Delivery timeline was wonderful. Original dosage was perfect!
