First, this was a very difficult, elevated deck. 1500+SF of wrap-around house deck with two levels and two stairs. Serena was superb. Quick to respond. If she didn't know the answer, she consulted one of her designers and got an answer quickly. The dialogue was so clear and effective, I can hardly believe we didn't actually speak to each other. Delivery was quick. Product looks excellent. Well done, Blika!

We recently completed installation of Blika's side-mounted cable railing system and are very pleased with the finished result. The materials are high quality, the railing is sturdy, and the clean, modern appearance was exactly what we were looking for. Our installation was on a retaining wall block porch rather than a traditional wood-framed deck. Because of that, the supplied mounting method didn't fit our application, so we designed our own mounting solution using Tapcon anchors. I suspect the standard hardware is primarily intended for wood fascia or rim joists, so customers with masonry construction should plan accordingly. Once the posts were installed, the cable installation went smoothly. The cable cutter worked very well, and we found that clamping the crimping tool to a sturdy workbench and using a little extra leverage made crimping much easier. We also found it helpful to watch a few installation videos from other DIY installers. Customer service was responsive throughout the process. When we initially received the wrong posts, replacement posts were shipped promptly. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and would gladly choose the Blika system again.

Blika offers some pretty solid materials to work with to build a new deck railing. They provided us with more hardware than we needed. We used their 3/16" black cable railing for a transparent look and it looks great! The posts are solid and pretty heavy duty. I had many questions during the build process and customer service representative Michelle was there to answer most of my questions and concerns. Some things I just customized on my own. The directions should have been way more clear. You need to be a little mechanically inclined to figure this out, because the directions don't tell you all the details. Their crimper worked pretty well on the cable, but the one suggestion I'd make on the cable cutters is to buy the ones with the longer handels to get more leverage. Cutting that 3/16" thick cable with those little red handle pair of cutters was the hardest part of the job! It would also be nice if they offered a metal template with the holes (that match the posts) to help mark any wooden post exactly where you may need to drill a hole through it to line up level with their metal posts.

Cheap China quality of materials. Even worse restocking fee of 25%. Terrible AI customer service. Would not recommend with there AI photos hope photos.

Miranda was great in getting all of the plans finalized, getting the order set up and made it easy to order. They revised my plans quickly when I asked for revisions. The quality of the material used looks great. We received the entire required materials quickly too.

Giving 3 stars, because after placing my order and checking out, the next day I was offered 7% off, but I already made a 2,500.00 purchase. Would have been nice to use it on my purchase. I’m changing to 2 stars, day after I posted review, got a email that asked me to change my review because I was wrong that the additional 7% discount was for my next purchase. I went back to my email it was sent right after the confirmation email for my order, it clearly said still thinking it over? Here is a extra 7% off just for you.

The railing system looks great and it is not difficult to install. I would suggest that you carefully evaluate how accurate your stairs are. We found that one tread was off and if you look very closely you can see that the railing has a slight bow to it. That is not the fault of the Blika system, it's the folks who framed the stairs. My order ship quickly and was very well packaged. Unfortunately, I was short 24 swageless cable fitting, but the company responded to my email and provided the missing parts so I could finish my project. It looks very professional and when I consider what I was quoted by contractors I am very pleased with the results. It's a great look and I plan to use the system on a deck project.

My order was not delivered and its been 11 days since i placed the order. The customer support is asking to wait however UPS store says the package might have been lost.

Kylie made this incredibly easy and very streamlined. She replied to my emails quickly and intelligently. She kindly answered my ignorant questions with grace and patience. I'm just now unpacking the parts (the entire shipment came weeks earlier than I expected) and hopefully I'll be able to find a link to review the product itself. The quality of the product looks top-notch so far. I can't say enough about Kylie and the entire experience.
