Truly helpful experience from the staff they truly try to help you fix the problems and care about their customers I compare this to steam support with how much they are willing to help I'd like to shoutout Ehryn S for the support, I was in shambles trying to get my server back and running and the end of the day the support was very helpful and patient when it came to my issues 5/5 service!!!

A week or two into my Minecraft server on Bisect and its been great. my only complaint is that a few times the dallas servers have been at crazy high ping causing weird glitches ingame but its only happened a few times and not recently. overall its very good service.

instability as if late, likely due to an un-optimized modpack, there seems to be maintenance soon so that may change

I wanted to change my plan, but couldn't because I had an invoice before my renewal date. Ryan P from support manually changed my plan himself, just like that! I love these guys they are the best. I'd recommend anytime :D

We had a connectivity problem with our server and after hours of trying to figure it out ourselved, we reached out to support and it took like 2 minutes for them to answer. My support was Jacqueline and she was amazing, she gave me easy to understand clear instruction to help us get the problem solved and was very nice! She solved out problem within like 15-20 minutes, which I never experienced before, I was amazed by the speed. I'm super happy with the service, we're definitely stayin on BisectHosting!

The service is an overall good. The Service of Bisecthosting is good. It has its fair share of lagspikes but thats mainly a user network problem Its very fast in Starting up for the first time and world porting is fairly simple due to the good guide including the console guide 9/10 would recommend giving them a try

Hosted a server for some friends and it's been a smooth experience. Interface is easy to use, most if not all possible server parameters are easily accessible without editing an .cfg or .ini directly. This is my first time renting a server from a host and I'm satisfied. The only real thing I have a gripe with: when uploading files to the server space, it doesn't let you upload an entire folder, just files. Multiple files, but it does not let you upload a directory, which was a little annoying when it came to transferring server files with multiple folders per players save data.

Bisect hosting has the best assistance i've seen so far ! They were taking news every now and then and responded in no time, people were nice and profesional. Even if the problem weren't coming from them they did what they could to assist me. Thank you so much !

Support was very fast and to the point! I was able to get help within 15 minutes and my server issue was resolved in about 10 minutes!

Great servers, good selection of games to host, tiny bit on the expensive side but very much worth it (modded minecraft server with 10gb of ram is about £22 a month, but it doesn't have a player cap) Absolutely outstanding support system, answered every question I had and helped me out when I was being stupid with my password

The price and mod support is good, however I found it a bit deceptive that the advertised ping before the purchase is a lot lower than the actual ping, whether this is due to it not being an average or something else, it is naturally disappointing to find a server with an advertised 70 ms of ping have over 200 ms for large durations.
