They don’t care
Need a charger below 600w for any of your goal zero units? They don’t have it. Need an adapter to make your goal zero panels work with your goal zero batteries? They don’t have them. Need an extra charger for the power bank you just bought including this one advertised? You guessed it! They don’t have them. Need something shipped to you quickly as advertised? It might take a month. Expect your product to last as long as advertised? It won’t! It breaks conveniently right after the warranty window. Have a devastating death on your family? They’ll fire you without explanation when needing time to figure it out. They don’t stand by their products. They don’t stand by their employees. Stay away.
