The item came quickly, was reasonably priced, and as it stated on the website the mfg date of the rain controller I bought was the current month ensuring the freshest battery. They are supposed to last about 5 years and I was very impressed at the freshness of the stock. My sprinkler guy had one on his truck he was going to sell me but the date on the battery was 2 years old.

So I ordered from Big Irrigation maybe eight or nine months ago — grabbed something for the backyard setup I'd been slowly working on — and honestly that experience stuck with me more than I expected it to. Nothing dramatic happened. It just went smoothly. Which, weirdly, is rare enough that I remembered it. Fast forward to a few weeks ago and I'm in the middle of trying to pull a whole aesthetic together in a different part of the property. I'd been on a bunch of other sites and everything either looked like it was designed in 2009 or was trying so hard to be minimal that it felt cold and sterile. Big Irrigation's site just... landed differently. Clean without being clinical. There's a coherence to how they present things that made me feel like someone actually thought about it rather than just uploading a catalog. That sounds like a small thing but when you're making decisions based on how something will look in your space, that visual language matters. Ordering was straightforward, confirmation came through fast, no weird gaps in communication. I genuinely didn't have to chase anything down. Weeks on and I'm still happy with how the whole experience felt — like dealing with a brand that respects your time without making a big performance out of it.

Ordered a couple of weeks ago and when the box landed on my doorstep, my first thought was — okay, that's substantial. Way bigger than I anticipated. But once I opened it up, it made complete sense. Every layer of cushioning was deliberate, almost architectural in the way things were nested together. Nothing shifting around, no crushed corners, no anxiety-inducing rattles. As someone who pays attention to how things are presented, the care taken here genuinely impressed me. Good packaging is invisible when it works — you just open the box and everything is fine. This was that. Five stars without hesitation.

Best fixture pricing I could find on the Alliance BT fixtures I needed. Everything came in perfect factory condition and works like a dream now that they’re wired up. They look incredible! Ordering and shipping was a breeze and I got updates the whole way. I’ll be buying more for my pavilion!

Ordering was a breeze and prompt. Only a four star though guys, there were NO instructions for installing and minus a mounting bracket, which I will have to fabricate myself. I have not installed it yet due to other projects but will be happy to review if you would like.
