We actually went with a smaller group than planned so we did not spend a lot of time in the cabin but the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Great customer service and answer every question very fast.

This was our fourth time getting a cabin with Big Bear Cool Cabins. It was a great experience every time. The cabins are lovely and the staff is super friendly, helpful, and professional.

What was wrong many things the stairs leading up to the home/cabin had many loose stairs and made it unsafe to carry anything up the stairway the house had an ant infestation and also spiders were literally on the stove and in the bedrooms no one cleans all the cob webs in the windows and the shower head was leaking and was turned sideways and had no light in the shower which we literally had to shower in the dark. Also when I called the office not and also I text about 2 of the problems nothing was resolved other than they brought us some ant poison you should have orkin or a pest control service to remediate part of the problems we know it is the forest but we should not have to worry about being bit by spiders inside the home we have a 6 year old to worry about. We also live in what was a forest and have pest control take care of that....

Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing and did not provide the relaxing vacation experience we expected. The home was extremely dusty and did not feel thoroughly cleaned. There were ants throughout the property, along with ant traps placed everywhere, which made the issue feel ongoing rather than properly addressed. Many areas and items were also locked up, making the space feel unwelcoming and somewhat tacky compared to other Airbnbs we have stayed in. The most uncomfortable part of the experience involved the neighbors. A neighbor behind the cabin approached my husband and accused him of being on private property, even after he explained that we were renting the home. She then began taking photos and videos of him and our truck. Other neighbors also approached us and took pictures and videos. Having to repeatedly explain that we were paying guests while being treated with aggression made us feel harassed and unwelcome. We drove a long way for this trip, only to have such a terrible and upsetting experience. I sincerely hope we are able to receive some form of compensation given the condition of the property and the treatment we experienced. A vacation is supposed to be an opportunity to relax and escape, but this stay left us uncomfortable, heartbroken, and ready to leave. I hope the owner addresses both the condition of the property and the neighbors’ treatment of future guests.

Very responsive great problem-solving I can’t say enough good things. The property we rented have not been particularly stellar and I’m hoping next time I can step it up a notch.

Oh, let's see, first of all the staff of Big Bear Cool Cabins are TRULY CONCERNED with the safety and well being of their customers! If things aren't right with your rental, they go out of their way to make it right! We will NOT use anyone else when, renting in Big Bear, CA!

Good communication. Easy booking, accessing the cabin - direct access vs checking in at a specific location. Cabin was ready as promised. It had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away (except AC!) Loved the huge backyard and deck. We ate all our meals outside and the yard was perfect for our dog too.

That was another great two-night stay with Cool Cabins. The unit is little outdated; however, it is friendly, warm, and cozy, and located in wonderful location. The booking process was easy, and staff did a good job on communication. Will definitely come back next year! Thank you.

The Cabin location is perfect. The Cabin was not cleaned to its full potential the cabin for the price can be modernized. The rules can be a little excessive.

The house was perfectly suited to the needs of our family of 6 adults and 6 kids. The dining table seated all of us every evening for our home cooked meals! Everyone was comfortable. If we found something amiss, BBCC corrected it. We could not have asked for a better setting for our fun reunion.

It was beautifu. But it was no A.C only heat And it was to hot we couldn't sleep. The patios were durty not like it on the picture.

Always have a good experience booking with Cool Cabins. The entire process is easy from booking the cabin, check to departure. I visit the area frequently and you are my go to company for rentals!

The staff at our check was AMAZING! Prior to our check in we called a few times with question and each person who answered was friendly and was able to answer every question. We even got a cool cabin doggy bowl for our doggy.
